This week, the FDA announced that most ingredients found in antibacterial soaps are to be banned in the United States, and that most antibacterial soaps have not been found to be any more effective than regular soap. You can read more in the article HERE.
This is bound to affect the way that we teach our clients to care for their tattoos. Luckily though, we carry Dr. Bronner's naturally antibacterial Tea Tree Oil soap, which doesn't contain any of the chemicals that will be banned from the FDA's ruling. So we still have you guys covered!
We will probably start stressing the use of this more and more to get everyone more accustomed to an alternative. What are your thoughts?
